Roxy Music | Don’t Stop The Dance (Ruben & Ra Cosmic Dance edit)

Awesome piece of work by London boogie heads Ruben & Ra on a stonewall classic track. Will never tire of hearing this sleazy dream pop number, perfect early evening fodder.

Grab a 320 download from below, or for a juicy wav head over to the guys’ Soundcloud page where you can fill your boots with this and a shedload of their other brilliant edits.

NR&/Nomi Ruiz/Rampa/&ME | Broken Toy

Everybody knows the finest bpm in the world is 112. This is not up for debate nor discussion my friends, any faster or slower – even by marginal percentages – and you’ve deviated from the perfect tempo.

Here’s some seriously lovely soulful house music on Keinemusik made all the more sublime by clocking in at the world’s finest bpm.

I can’t claim to know much about any, all or some of the artists involved in this track and whereas the flip of the release is entirely missable, this one won’t be leaving my bag all summer.

Firstly, huge apologies for the terrible (in)frequency of our podcasts! It’s a resolution that we’ll be be waay more organized and on top of things in 2013, no matter how much of real life we have to sideline.. BUT by way of apology, how’s about we serve up an hour of beats & grooves from, for us, 2012’s most outstanding artist, collective and record label.

LUVLESS is a 32 year old producer & DJ from Leipzig in Germany and one fifth of the Rose Records collective. It was his output a couple of years back on the very first Rose Records release, the vibes of the unbelievably smooth Surrounder, that first brought Luvless into our consciousness and since then it has been a pleasure to both hear his continued development as a producer and also dive into his fantastic back catalogue. continue..
